What is the status of my order?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. When your package ships, we will send a follow-up email containing your tracking number so you can monitor its progress.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on most unworn and unused items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that certain items, such as apothecary products and intimate apparel, are final sale for hygiene reasons.
